A day after Dr. Steven Greer was a guest last year in the TV show of American former governor Jesse Ventura, the New York Times revealed that the Pentagon had spent years investigating UFOs secretly.
Ventura decided to invite him again last week to delve deeper into this sensitive issue.
Greer, the founder of the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence, thinks the government sometimes deliberately leak some information.
Tip of the iceberg
He said the program, which the New York Times wrote about, is only the tip of the iceberg.
Greer had something to say about the story of the New York Times, in which $ 22 million is spent to Pentagon’s secret research on UFOs called AATIP.
Greer noted that in recent months, information has come out about strange events surrounding the Mariana Trench, the deepest known spot in the ocean, especially the island of Guam, a territory separate from the US
A Taiwanese fishing boat had caught a disk with a diameter of approximately 10 meters. It turned out, according to Dr. Greer to be an alien ship.
The US Navy was involved and one of the crews of a Coast Guard Cutter, a ship of the US Coast Guard, decided to go public.
The witness said that several Navy Seals over the years had seen weird objects into and out of the water near the Mariana Trench.
Greer added that meanwhile some 900 trained observers, soldiers, pilots, and scientists have reported to him with similar stories.
This is according to him, illegal operations, as for example the president or the CIA director did not know about.
“This poses a huge threat to our democracy because people have no idea how dangerous these operations are,” he said.
