A woman who was sold as a child as a sex slave to the British elite is opening up for the very first time.
The now 55-year-old woman came when she was 14 years old in contact with the world of sex slavery in Cambridge. She was sold to men who abused her.
The woman, who wishes to remain anonymous for legal reasons, says she was abused by violent men.
“I was the youngest,” she told Cambridge News. “Many of the men were violent. There were men who had money and paid for long sessions. ”
“It was mainly wealthy students who were on their way to becoming a politician and who saw themselves as very prominent individuals,” she said.
“They did to things us what they wanted to do,” she said.
The woman remembers the flats where she was taken. There were men in line to do things whatever they liked.
“There were a lot of gang rapes and extremely violent men,” she said. “It was really horrible, especially for underage girls.”
She said that violence was used to keep the girls under control.
“There was violence involved and it was very difficult to get out.”
The woman is now safe and left Cambridge. She was once beaten so hard that she ended up in hospital, where she decided to escape.
“I had a choice: escape or kill myself,” she said. “I decided to go to Manchester and change my life. I did not feel safe.”
