Study: Most American's Believe 9/11 Was Inside Job

Half of Americans believe 9/11 was an inside job and that the government withholds information about the attacks of September 11, 2001 in New York. According to research by the American Chapman University.

Next to 9/11, almost half of the Americans think the government also withholds information about the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, aliens and climate change. “We found clear evidence that the United States is a strongly conspiratorial society,” said study lead author Christopher Bader, a sociologist at Chapman University in California in a statement.

The reason why so many Americans have mixed believe and paranoia that they buy every conspiracy theories may be related that they feel lied and cheated.

National Survey of Fears

The National Survey of Fears have 1,511 Americans, aged 18 years, participated in the study. Research has shown that a large minority do not believe in conspiracy of the 9/11 attacks, as well as theories about the birth certificate of president Obama and the emergence of the AIDS virus as well.

The result of the study told 54.3 percent agree or strongly agree that the government hides information concerning 9/11, 42.6 percent said the government omits information concerning alien encounters and 24.2 percent the government is concealing about the moon landing.

“Past research into the math behind conspiracy theories found HAS That the more people who are Involved in keeping a secret plot, the higher the odds it will be unmasked Eventually,” says the website LiveScience.

Believers in conspiracy theories are more pessimistic, less socially as mistrust towards people and want to buy or a weapon or are most likely in possession of a weapon, as a result of the survey.

The study showed that a white Republican man a low income and a Christian background has more a mindset of a conspiracy theorist than any other type.
